Just got this jacket today. It took a little longer than expected to receive it but the company was very forthcoming about what the problem was, and it wasn't their fault. When I received it I inspected it carefully for quality control and could find no loose strings or any other quality issues. The fit is perfect, and I love the American flag embroidered on the liner. My coat came with both a hood and a "fur" collar that can be added. I don't care to as I love the look of it just as it is. I would definitely buy this again.
